- What are your customer support hours?
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EDT). If you message us outside of these hours, we will respond as soon as possible when we are back online.
- When do i receive my tracking number?
It can take us 1-2 days to process your order after which you should receive an e-mail with your tracking number. Once received you can track your order through our Order Tracking page
- How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 days. Standard shipping takes 10–20 days, depending on your location.
- Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we only offer standard shipping, which usually arrives within 10–20 days. If you experience any delays, please contact us—we will assist you immediately.
- Do your printers come with a warranty?
Yes! All our printers include a 1-year free warranty and can be replaced free of charge in case of quality issues. For extra peace of mind, customers can choose the option for lifetime warranty at checkout.
- What should I do if my order is delayed?
While most shipments arrive on time, overseas logistics can sometimes cause unexpected delays. If your order is late, please don’t worry—contact us, and we will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
- Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
We value our customer experience. If you have any problems with our products, we will gladly fully refund you within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure that the Y-printer is in the original condition to ensure quick refunds.
